Gotta LOVE this sport!
So this year I have decided that I love golf...Golf has always been a part of my life! But I didn't really start to appreciate it until now! I resented it growing up...in the summers I was fatherless during golf season, my boating time always had to revolve around it. The only reason I went golfing with my dad was so I could drive the cart. During golf season I seem to never have a husband around on Saturdays....18 holes tends to take at least 4 hours to complete. Finally it clicked...If I don't want to be a golf widow (like my mom) in the summers I better learn to love the sport, and so now I have learned to love golf! I am sure Melvin secretly hates that I like it now...I think it might be his "guy time"...hmmm too bad he is stuck with me now! Anyways this last weekend we were in Elk Point and we convinced Melvin's mom, dad and sister to come golfing with us. It was a riot...Bennett even enjoyed his time in the cart!

HILARIOUS. i love the pictures. and good for you for taking up golf though. i get too frustrated that I"m not good at it after my second tim eof going to pitch and putt. haha. you will need to take me golfing one time and show me how it's done

haha, thats awesome Kay! Well it runs in your family, so you must have the golf genetics too! I hear Megan is good! And if you can't beat them, join them! SO good attitude, thats why my Mom took it up too, and she loves it and her and my dad go together all the time.
